This was much more challenging than I had anticipated — wait — I did anticipate it to be difficult. 🙂 But it was fun, and I came away with a lot of new questions that I can figure out the answers to, so that will be great to continue to learn!
I blended these three images:
to make this image:
1. “Canal” 08-16-09; 2:30 p.m.; Nauvoo, Ill.; f/2.8; 1/60; Canon Powershot SD790 IS.
2. “Ryan” 08-29-09; 3:20 p.m.; Yellowstone Park; f/2.8; 1/400; Canon Powershot SD790 IS.
3. “Barrel Maker” 08-15-09; 10:30 a.m.; Nauvoo, Ill.; f/3.5; 1/60; Canon Powershot SD 790 IS.
4. “Floating Along” – Created by bringing in selections from other photos and masking out certain areas. Some color correction as well (color match, hue, saturation, levels)
This turned out great and really pretty fun. I think you also did a good job of color correcting it so that the images all look like they go together too. Great job

Wow, It looks like this was a lot of work to put together. I think it came out really well and looks cool. I like the picture of the flag and Moroni too. Too bad the flag wasn’t flying a little more at the time, eh? Good job.

I like this. It is funny. That would be scary if he ws really in that. I love the angel Moroni with the temple. I like the shot of the temple too. Because you have to look at it close to see what it is.
